1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 64bd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 64bd website located at https://64bd.onl and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 64bd platform.

64bd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility Requirements

By accessing or using the 64bd platform you confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 64bd reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point during the player relationship.

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any feature of the 64bd platform, including free-play game modes.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent for any third party when depositing funds or placing wagers on the 64bd platform.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law, and you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from 64bd or had an account suspended for breach of these Terms. Players who have been self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.
• You are depositing funds that belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. 64bd has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 64bd services, you must register a personal account by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and creating a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

64bd applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account also depends on how you manage your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 64bd support immediately.

• You must not share your password with any other person, including 64bd customer support staff. 64bd support agents will never ask you for your password.
• You must not allow any other person to use your 64bd account. Each account is for the sole and exclusive use of the registered account holder.
• You must not register more than one account under your name, mobile number, household address, device, or IP address. Where multiple accounts are detected, 64bd may close all but the earliest registered account and may void any winnings earned through duplicate accounts.
• You must notify 64bd immediately if your registered mobile number changes, if you lose access to that number, or if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in restricted account access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 64bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 64bd does not apply any currency conversion fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment methods available in your account dashboard, which may include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

64bd may carry out identity, source-of-funds, and KYC verification checks as required by our internal compliance procedures. Where verification is required, funds may be held pending the outcome of the verification process. Accounts that fail verification or provide fraudulent documentation will be closed and pending funds will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically credit to your 64bd account balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to deposit, where technically possible. 64bd reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal above a certain threshold.
• 64bd does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• If 64bd suspects that a deposit has been made fraudulently, through a stolen payment instrument, or using funds derived from illegal activity, 64bd will freeze the associated account balance and cooperate fully with any relevant legal authority investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

64bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion description. Players must read the full bonus terms before claiming any offer.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through coordinated wagering strategies, arbitrage betting, or any form of bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, and further action may be taken including account suspension.
• 64bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited but not yet used are subject to removal if the promotion is withdrawn.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion terms. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, mobile number, household, device, and IP address. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times are in breach of these Terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game offered on the 64bd platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in the game information section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before wagering. 64bd is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.

64bd uses certified third-party game providers whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are independently verified for fairness. 64bd does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available in the game information.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. 64bd is not obligated to honour wins resulting from technical errors or software bugs.
• Any attempt to cheat, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools (bots), or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
• Sports betting markets offered on the 64bd platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and football, are governed by specific sports betting rules available in the sports betting section. In-play bets are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed.
• 64bd reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, including in response to suspicious betting patterns, breaking news events, or other circumstances that may affect the integrity of the market.

7. Responsible Gaming

64bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, and we encourage all players to use these tools proactively. • Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time-outs: You may request a temporary time-out from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account will be suspended for play purposes and you will not receive promotional communications.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from 64bd at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 64bd platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other materials produced by or for 64bd, are the intellectual property of 64bd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 64bd platform without the prior written consent of 64bd. Unauthorised use of 64bd intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 64bd and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 64bd platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 64bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

64bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 64bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

64bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. Where possible, 64bd will give reasonable notice and return any undisputed balance to the player's registered payment method.

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• 64bd has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player's account is being used for money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other unlawful activity.
• The player fails to complete identity or KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• A player who has self-excluded is found to have re-registered. In such cases, any winnings accrued during the period of unauthorised use will be voided.

11. Amendments to These Terms

64bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://64bd.onl/terms-conditions and will display the date on which they were last updated. Where a change is material, 64bd will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' prior notice via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered address. Your continued use of the 64bd platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account before the amendment takes effect.
